EAST MEETS WEST

AMI Construction owner Andrey Intihar is a Toronto native who came out west 24 years ago.  First drawn by the natural beauty and quality of life in the Kootneys, he worked under a custom home-building company and completed his Red Seal Journeyman Carpentry Certification at University College of the Caribou.

Nelson became home for Andrey and his family and so became AMI Construction - a company focused on the construction of many high end custom homes and renovation projects of various budgets, scales and sizes.  With all of AMI's projects, the hallmark of the company's work boils down to one simple thing - customer satisfaction.  

The mountains in this region inspire us all, whether it’s the fir post and beam timber details in your home, or capturing that idyllic lakeview from your new deck space.  My desire is to augment your project and vision and to bring the beauty of the outside into your home.
